Hello doc I'm(f,24) suffering wit pain in neck and shoulder join pain rit side since one month back.i started physiotherapy bt nt rlxd. But i dont recognize,i should go for ortho or neuro. And i can't lift little weight by right hand and when i sit for half hour to one hour then again starting severel pain Would u suggest me,where i have to go
