My periods are 10 days late it first time its to late and the test of pregnency is negative what to do and dont feel any symtums plz suggest

May be due to harmonal disturbance the periods got delayed,in which case u can get ur Thyroid checked,and also get an ultrasound done to see for any PCOs etc. However before u get these ,do a repeat pregnancy test to rule out for pregnancy.
