I had done oral sex when the semen goes intothe mouth of female she stated chakar aane lag gae...!!! so i want to know why it is happen and she is safe or not...???? what to do further

Semen will not cause giddiness but since your partner has felt unwell, avoid it. Giddiness could be because of some other reason
