He has a habit of drinking and smoking because of which he has cough always. What to do and which doctor to consult for hish throat and help him quit smoking

Smokers cough is a common condition which occurs because of smoke causing irritation of airway. Quitting smoking is the only way out. You need to consult a pulmonologist or chest physician for more information about treatment and cessation of quitting
