Problem regarding kidney (Nephrology)
Relatively small size left kidney with incomplete pelvic-ureteric junction obstruction causing moderate to gross hydronephrosis, parenchymal thinning. Left kidney shows normal enhancement and excretion; however there is hold up of the excreted contrast for approx 30minutes
what does this mean?

There is obstruction in ur urine flow from left kidney due to narrowing of passage
Need to act immediately or else u will loose ur left kidney
Plz see a urologist urgently
