Hi , toy should be careful regarding your diet. Avoid spicy food, Make sure that stool is loose. You can apply diltegesic ointment 2% three times a dayafter passing stool. Sit in hot water tub for 15 min. 3 times a day. Take issbgol husk 3 teaspoon at night to make stool soft
