Problem with adhd
I feel seriously helpless and depressed, I’m doing horrible in school and not focusing on school. I was prescribed with adderall because of my focusing. I wasn’t diagnosed with adhd but 100% know I have it. I tried millions of strategies to help with focusing but it’s not working at all. So the story was that I was at summer break which was 3 months but I was still studying because of my nclex exam and I went back every month to get a prescription but I stopped studying the last month of summe

Focussing issues can b due to various reasons..you need to figure out whether focussing is a problem or anything underlying stress etc is present which is not letting u focus on things..adult ADHD can b treated..it needs thorough evaluation.. visit your Psychiatrist n let know the problems u r facing with or without medicine..
