Hi Is there any serious in my report? Recently I recovered covid 19, after that I feel very weakness

These are typical changes you get in the liver tests of a covid infected. These are reversible over time in a month or so, and you need not worry about them. Plus this is not going yo affect your body much. Just include frequent meals in ypur diet plan and drinknplenty of water to flush/detoxify.
