Problem with my wrists
I go to gym and lift weights..but from some time now i have been facing a problem with my wrists,not while iam lifting weights but every other time while i use my wrists there is a little bit of pain and there are sounds while i move or use my wrists.please let me know the possible reason behind it and any cure if required.thanks

your wrist needs a thorough examination. was there an injury or incident after which this started. does a wrist support help. show it to a hand specialist. possible internal ligament injury
