1. Kasisadi Taila to be applied in anus before and after defecation.
2. Hot pultis of Vijaya and Haridra are very useful to relieve pain and congestion.
3. Special varity of rice(sathi chwal), Wheat, Barley, Kulatha, Green gram(Mudga), Bottle gourd(louki), Parvala, Spinach, Papaya, Apple, Cucumber(kakdi), Grapes, Mango, Amlaki and Green vagetables are recommended.
