Problems in maintaining erections
Hi I am 25 years old and my height is 5 feet 11 inches and my weight is now 90kg... Firstly my weight was 104kg and now I have reduced to 90kg... From last 4 years i am not getting string erections and I am not able to maintain my erections... When I lie on bed i get erections and I can maintain it but not as expected but still it's fine but when I stand its hard for me to maintain the erections even if I get one... I have hair loss to and I think I am suffering from gynecomastia... And I think all this is due to hormonal imbalance and decrease in testosterone levels... Even after losing 15kg weight now I not see much difference in mainting my erections...It's still hard... I now eat healthy and exercise too from last 3 months... Does this takes longer time to get to normal and strong erections ??? Before 4 years i use to get hard erections but not now... I also masterbute on regular basis nd this can cause ED too?
