Problems while consuming ashwagandha
I have been consuming 1 capsule 450mg ashwagandha with honey and ghee after dinner for past two days. But this has been causing some problems : Stomach trouble with increased gas and slight pain in upper abdominal area(I have a sensitive stomach especially to spicy food). Feeling a bit of flu like feeling with sweating from palms of both hand and leg and little heated sensation in the eye. Please advice on how to consume ashwagandha so that i may reap it's benefits without any ill effects.

Ashwagandha by nature is a heavy to digest drug and that with honey and ghee adds up to the heaviness. 1.have ashwagandha only upon increasing your digestive capacity 2.never after dinner and with ghee and honey 3.ghee and honey if taken in equal proportions is poisonous in the long term
Next Steps
please take astachoornam 1tsp with buttermilk in empty stomach in the morning for 5 days, then have 1 capsule aswagandha with watm water for 7 days empty stomach morning then 1 capsule with 1/2 glass warm milk empty stomach morning
Health Tips
this is just the general guideline.Im unaware of your reason for aswagandha consumption according to which the adjuvant will vary
