Problems with depression and anxiety
I'm 18 years old male. I' suffering from excessive mental depression anxiety, and feeling lethargic and tired throughout the day. Whenever I've to do some work, I can only feel negative thoughts about it.Ive stopped feeling good about anything in my life. Ive my competitive exams in 2019, and I want to give my best in studying and preparing for the exams. But due to this factor I feel I'm not able to give my best in studying .I can't concentrate on a single thing for sufficient time.  Whenever I sit to study my mind gets filled up with negative and procrastinating thoughts that are hard to control once started. Also I feel extremely anxious while giving tests. I feel tired most of the time, and also I tend to sleep and rest a lot without any reason. My physical activity is normal, not too low not too high. I don't know what's causing my laziness, whether it's my bad diet or a bad lifestyle or serious depression, but I want to sort it out real quick. Please help me out with this

Hi After carefully evaluation of your history....we just feel may be you are having a mild depression or its your attitude towards activities of daily living .....we call it as lazy-lazy phenomenon. Some people feel lazy and they really suffer from procastination. Just change your behaviour ...start with daily yoga and exercise... Do everything in time and search for happiness... If still not able to come out...it's time for Therapy or medication.

It's common condition when you have big amount of burden in the form of studies due to compitative exams. It's very difficult to keep yourself motivated for a long time also poor time management and poor study management burden more, automatically results in such sad mood. As per your given detail: two imp things disturb you more. 1 Poor study 2 Negative thought. 1 for poor study just make a time table by dividing your study syllabus into small parts as one day target- one chapter in day or as per syllabus demand. While making day plan, if you want to study 5 hours then keep 7 hours in a day and for a week if you want to study 5 days then keep 7 days. The 6th day is for pending part could not completely due to any unavoidable reasons and 7th for break or relaxation. 2 If the negative thought is related to studies then automatically will resolve by gradual development of studies. For other consult with nearest Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist
Next Steps
Be smart while making time table as don't try to cover everything, first identify and finish important one then go for general or remaining part.
