Progesterone levels more than 10 ng/dl indicate ovulation or egg release has happened in that cycle And also it indicates good luteal or pregnancy support. AMH less than 1 indicate low ovarian or egg reserve.AMH or egg reserve  reduces as women become older Amh or egg reserve tells about the quantity and quality of eggs Try for pregnancy faster. The treatment is to hasten the time to pregnancy

Day 21 progesterone levels are checked to know that the ovulation has been taken place or not. And levels more than 10 ng/ ml( 25nmol/L) are suggestive of ovulatory cycle. Amh levels suggest ovarian reserve ( quantity & quality of eggs in your ovaries)...low amh suggests poor egg quality.Amh levels and fertility decrease with the increasing age. Your levels are in low normal range. Plan pregnancy without wasting time, if have not planned yet... consult some fertility specialist nearby also to add medicines to improve ovarian reserve.
