Prolactin level is high

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi On 12 of nov.. I saw watery discharge from my nipples both. On 18th I had consulted a gynecologist.. He had advised me to take BLong tablets and prescibed me to do few tests From 18th I hv been taking BLong medicines On 25th I got my test done Prolactin is 63 Thyroid is normal and ESR is 40 Now from past 3 days my head feels heavy the entire day Today I got my periods but the flow is vry low Can u tell me what does these mean I am really worried What should be the next steps Is there any cause of concern Plz help me out and ans my question it's important I have provided all my details
