Prolonged menstrual cycle
My menstrual cycle is sometimes late or i skip a month or two, however it usually lasts 3-5 days.
Currently i am on my third week of menstrual cycle. it is heavier than usual and has a lot of clots.

You have do sonography . Also consult a Gynecologist. Too much and too long bleeding lead to low hemoglobin and weakness.
