I'm 20 years old and my period cycle usually comes after 21-24 days and the bleeding lasts for maximum 5 days whereas this month it has been continuing from 8th march-19th march, i had taken a i-pill somewhere in the last week of February within 5-6 hours of being involved sexually, should i get an ultrasound done or what indicator is this irregular prolonged bleeding.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Yes you should get yourself checked out by a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Later is needed, she will ask you to get a ultrasound done.
Best regards.
