Proper treatment for leg
Hello sir/madam, My father used to travel in local train so one day one man puts his foot to my father's foot and his hair bone got cracked.. Now his hair bone repaired naturally as he won't took any medicine but his leg is not free as he cannot walk freely and the leg is getting swelled when he walks much following are the pics m attaching of his leg. . Please suggest the treatment Thank you

I think,  there is infection in the foot. He should go to a hospital  for proper treatment.

As per the pic, there is a signoflam swelling in the foot and leg. There is a natural tendency for bone to heal on it's own. But sometimes, there is a possibility of formation of local callus which may obstruct some part of the joint causing pain..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to get one x ray of foot so that we can know the status of the bone as well as the joint.. we can plan the treatment accordingly.  You can start with ice fomentation,  strict limb elevation over pillow,  avoid weight bearing, take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine for now.
Health Tips
Avoid weight bearing over the involved limb. Ask him to do active toe and ankle movements as much as he can..

Kindly do Xray right foot AP/oblique & Xray rigg ankle AP/lat and till then avoid walking.
