Your teeth needs clinical assessment followed by x rays and other diagnostic processes. Initially a through evaluation of your oral hygiene followed by gum health evaluation is required. If the teeth are not aligned then there should be an assessment of how your teeth is arranged.
The reason for breaking your upper front teeth will give a good history for treatment planning. However, it can be treàted with composite restorations , crowns etc after clinical evaluation .
