I am 80 years old and am having VHP. for which I am taking treatment for last 12 years. I am taking Fludart plus since last 1 year. I get up night 10.30pm - 5.00 am at least 3 times for urination. My PSA test results for last seven years, tested twice a yeas, have been less than 1 . latest being 0.07-0.6. Have never gone beyond 0.6 in last 7 years. 1. Does the PSA results rule any malignancy Since last 3-4 months I have been having constipation due to which I get motion only after the breakfast and not earlier. Is this related to prostate enlargement ,or due to piles. What are the side effects of Fludard plus In a Ultrasound test on 12/11/15 the prostate weight was 25gm, PVRU was 92cc Right kidney was reported normal in size and shape and was 8.5 x 3.8 cm. Pelvicalyceal system not dialated. No hydronephrosis or calculas sen. Left kidney normal in size shape position and outline and - measures 9.7 x 4

Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
