Prostate cancer
My father was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer 6 months back confirmed from biopsy and PSMA PET CT SCAN.. Till date he had no issues with his health except for frequent urination. From a week or so he complains clothes are feeling tight and pain in abdomen if he tries to put the clothes tight. He also needs to frequently pass urine and he cannot control urine at all. Can you please suggest what should be done. Thanks

Please consult nearest medical oncologist for  evaluation.Since as you mentioned it is already stage 4 he will need Androgen deprivation therapy either in the form of medical or surgical castration..Further treatment oral/hormonal or chemotherapy or local treatment depends upon the extent of disease and various other factors which needs to be evaluated properly.

Meet a cancer surgeon. He would need complete androgen blockage ( hormonal / orchidectomy + tab. Bicalutaminde) Follow up case with Sr. PSA levels
