I am 75 year male suffering from diabetes for last 25 years. HbA1c= 7.3. Serum creatinine=1.1 (ref range .67 to 1.17).blood urea= 45,BUN=21, microalbumin >200, ,uri. albumin/creatinine ratio=306 ,Na=139, K=5, protein/creatinine ratio=0.96 (ref <0.2). Current medication; Metformin 1.5g, Zoryl 1mg BD, Cardace 2.5 OD, Cilacar 10 mg OD, BP, retina=OK
