IT'S RIGHT APPERANTLY , BUT IT'S NOT LIKE THAT.
THE LUNG MASS IS MORE, IN RIGHT.
BUT IN LEFT LUNG MASS IS NOT SO LARGE AS HEART IS PLACED ON THAT SIDE.
SO ALMOST EQUAL, OTHERWISE IN X--RAY CHEST IT IS MENTIONED LIKE
PROMINENT LF/RT OR EMPHYSEMATOUS OR SO.
SO DON'T WORRY,
