Dear Sir, please send the X-rays recent. If you had stiffness increased it might be due to arthritis. We need to rule out with recent x rays AP and Axillary views of Shoulder. Other causes are post traumatic stiffness, frozen shoulder, cuff problem, chronic regional pain syndrome
