PSA 4.47 then 4.41 at age 51
I am 51 yrs. I had my first PSA test with 4.47 I went to see an urologist. He did a DRE and told me my prostate is a little bit enlarged and he asked me to run a 2nd test of PSA and urine test. The 2nd test was done after 1 and half a month and PSA was 4.14 (decreased a bit) and no infection in urine. What's next ? Thx a lot

Need not to do anything. Consult uro again if there is urinary problem.
