Tkr done June 8/6/2018,but let leg is not flexing 100% only flexing up to 80% what can I do pl give me advise

Percentage of knee flexion after TKR depends on type of implant and surgery... consult with your surgeon and visit a qualified physiotherapist.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Quadriceps strengthening exercises-

Hi.., continue  supervised physiotherapy weekly 3-4 times.., improvement in flexion will occur.. Also post tkr.., don't expect 100% flexion.. focus more on strengthening.. Tc..
