Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to lose weight and sometimes along with weight loss, it goes away. Consult a dietician for a proper diet chart and hit the gym. Thats the only way to lose weight. If you think about other methods whixh are very populsr in tv ads and all, im telling you, you would just be wasting money and time. Hi..... The first line of treatment for pseudogynecomastia is healthy weight loss through a sensible diet and exercise. While weight loss has been shown to decrease the size of the breasts.... Oftentimes pseudogynecomastia cannot be improved through diet and exercise, and surgical correction is the next step.....
