I can understand your concern.
You need to lose weight and sometimes along with weight loss, it goes away. Consult a dietician for a proper diet chart and hit the gym.
Thats the only way to lose weight.
If you think about other methods whixh are very populsr in tv ads and all, im telling you, you would just be wasting money and time.
If it doesnt improve even after weight loss, then surgery would be next step.
