I have been having sleepless problem sometimes..and i am anxious about unwanted things.for example if i didnot get sleep on one day then i will start thinking whether i get sleep on next day and because of this anxiety i will not sleep.now adays i am very doubtful on my husband and i quarrel with him for silly things.and sometimes i cant control my behaviour even if i think so..kindly waiting for your reply..

You need to see a counsellor who can help you with all your issues. You are right worrying about not sleeping will not help you sleep. See a sleep therapist or read online about sleep hygiene.
