Greetings,  sorry about the arthritis.  usually antinfammatory medication are given by rheumatologist which is very very short term plan with its own side effects.
Next Steps
go for ayurveda treatment combined with physiotherapy.  ayurveda treatment in long term  helps, will take a year or so to combat pain but it heals from inside out   physiotherapy helps to build your whole body by way of exercise and relaxation exercise.  changing your lifestyle is mandatory like sleeping early and eating on time.  ayurveda will give you what foods to eat and so you can get out of this problem gradually.
