Psoriasis in head
I have been going through this problem since last 5 years,  it's in head and few small spot in skin,  it's comes and goes some time in 6month or in year,  I have been through the treatment several times, what I can do to control it

Psoriasis is a chronic disease as you have already experienced by now.  Use special shampoos containing salicylic acid and coal tar to keep the scalp scaling under control. For body lesions apply lot of moisturizers and exposure to sunlight would also work well. Manage your stress levels as well ,as it can get affected.
