I m an emotional guy..Last 9 month ,I have been struggling from emotional stress ,anxiousiy due to some bad incident happens in my life. I want to live a healthy life with peace of mind.but I did not overcome -ve thoughts and unable to mentain right balance between body and mind..

First thing you need do is, get yourself assesed for both physical and mental condition and symptoms to identify and isolate the root cause behind these disturbances.Post that you call follow certain lifestyle routines change, self therapies, excersise, dietary changes along with counseling support to overcome these problems gradually.
