Psychiatric problem
My mother is mentally I'll and she doesn't want to take medication and don't want to vist doctor .I tried to give medicine trough her food but she suspects and it is difficult to give her on regular basis .

If she needs medicine, then it has to be given to her. Psychoeducation and insight development might increase her acceptance to some extent. Also there are other methods of treatment like giving long acting injections which need to be given only once every 15-30 days depending upon type, severity of illness and the medicine chosen. These injections might be given to her stating that they are for increasing the blood count or for calcium levels etc if she does not accept them knowingly.
