I have developed a habit of getting angry recently. For no reasons I am finding faults in others and start fighting with them. Not talking with them or fighting with them giving me some peace. Though there is some mistake on their side I am treating every fault as a big one. Please note that I am not fighting for the mistakes I did.. Though mistakes on others side I don't want to develop this habit of ruining my mood as well as others. I am in a state that I couldn't tolerate even a small mistake from others. I have developed this very recently and I guess this is purely because of disappointments I faced from a person I trusted last year. None of my expectations became fulfilled and I could feel that it has put me in this position. Help me out of this
