Hii. Swelling after a third molar extraction is quite normal. It takes atleast 10 days for the whole swelling to settle down. U can take serratiopeptidade 15 mg twice a day for 3 days after food. If u have pain u can also take zerodol sp which is a combination of the pain medication and the medication for the swelling.

Hi sir...   It is normal only...Nothing to worry.. The puffiness is the swelling in that extracted site... It will get reduced within 7 days... Kindly take the analgesic and antibiotics as prescribed.... Do the mouth opening exercise as prescribed.. Avoid hot and spicy food for 3 days... Do not chew on that side ..Avoid hard chewing foods... Do salt water gargling thrice daily...
