Puffy eyes

I don't know when ever I use phone for longer hourmy I got puffy eyes and it usually don't go easily ...many people are also using phone not sleeping at night using excess internet they got dark circle or something ...but y me suffering from this ...help me ..any advice what to do what to not .thank u in advance

you might be pressing it hard near your eyes and after a long duration it gets hot also thus affecting the blood circulation to that eye don't use phone for a longer duration on one side.give gentle massage to your eyes and use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily.
