  4. Puffy nipples. Exactly i need to do.

Puffy nipples
It's been quite a long time since I've puffy nipples , I haven't been able to diagonise the exact issue - May be fat or may be gyno. I did not know who exactly to consult. My nipples are puffy throughout the day ; Only when it's touched or the temperature is cold , it gets back to the normal state and that too for a very stipulated period. Please do suggest me what exactly I need to do.
