Purple Rash On My Back - My Back Has A Weird Rash On Both Sides,

Purple rash on my back

My back has a weird rash on both sides, more on the left. It’s in a small area and is purple and looks like a bruise. I know it is not because it isn’t sore and I haven’t hit it lately. There’s also tiny dots along with it. It’s not inflamed. I haven’t been feeling good for the past few days. I’m pretty sure it started off red, my puke has been constant yellow, yet I’m not eating or drinking anything yellow.
