  4. Pus accumulation in left leg. Quickly.

Pus accumulation in left leg
The skin by the side of accumulated pus seems burned , but actually it has become red . It appeared just like that from no where. I haven't touched it . It's not hurting as of now but soon it's gonna busrt , need suggestion to make it heal quickly.
