Baby stool reports- 6-8 Pus cells Reaction ph 6.5 Colour- yellowish Consistency- semi solid Pls suggest what to do? Is this normal for 3.5month baby?

Hi Consult a nearby paediatrician if baby is passing continues loose stool or blood in the stools
