Pus discharge in the vaccinated area
Hi, my daughter is 2 months old.Couple of days... I have been noticing that her vaccinated area(left hand) was swollen.this morning the skin broke there were the injection was giving and pus started coming out.I am wondering if I should take her to doctor or can I apply Mupirocin Ointment.I have attached a picture of her wound. Please advise.
