Pus is forming in one of the keloids on my chest, which is causing lot of pain on that site. Could you please suggest some antibacterial cream for this.

An infected keloid can complicate further. It would be advisable to visit a plastic surgeon near you. For appropriate treatment of infection and keloid.

If keloid is on hairy area,there is tendenct fir hair root infection. This is more so in patient s having immunologicaly compromised state,diabetis,friction al area
Pus anywhere has to be drained,keloid or no keloid.,under antibiotics cover. Once pus is drained and infection settled,keloid must be treated asap
