Pus forming pimple on the thigh
I have this one pimple on my thigh for one year and it is not going away . it secretes pus everytime i press it . and it is not painful .. can be the sign of any disease and how can it be treated . and i have attached a photo along with it . plzz suggest

It is simple acne and sign of un cleanliness.
