Pus in Semen
Hello doctors I am 24 yrs male and facing a Genital problem of having 25-30 pus cells phf always in semen analysis. Semen culture always results negative and also there is no symptoms of any STD or UTI externally. But Semen analysis report always shows 25-30 pus cells, Total sperm count remains about 50 million/ml, Active motility 40% , Slugish 10% And dead 50%. I consulted A senior urologist ( MCh Urology) last year. He said that there is nothing to worry about wbcs in semen, if culture shows no growth. In some individuals it is usually seen having high Wbcs which is not significant if semen culture is negative. But I am worried about semen Quality, Sperm count and sperm motility. It should be better as i am younger in age. Is there any posiblility of Internal organ inflammation which causing high pus cell counts or posibility of prostate diaorder? Does my medium level sperm count and 50% motitily is caused by these pus cells ? Does the high pus cells cause more deffects? Plz guide
