Hello,
My upper jaw is badly swelled and I can see white and red spot above incisors which is pus I think.
Its paining badly and the swelling is increasing below nose area.
What should I do,the pain is not bearable.
I have taken combiflam tablet for pain relief but it works for few hours and then the pain increases again.
My baby has fever,I have to take care of him but with this pain I am not able to concentrate on him.
Please advice something for quick relief.

You immediately need a dental visit.
No tablet can permanently cure the problem you have.
Just for temporary ( 1/2 days- until u can see a doc) practice lukewarm salt water gaurgle 4-6 times in a day.
Apply ice cubes externally and use a strong painkiller...

You should visit dentist get x ray done. Get root canal treatment done only after that your symptoms will subside otherwise pain medication wont hrlp unless you treat etiology.
Start taking stronger pain killer like combination of Diclofenac and Paracetamol with Serratio Peptidase (thrice daily for 5 days). Also start strong antibiotic with broad spectrum coverage like combination of Ofloxacin and Ornidazole (twice daily after meals for 5 days)
