Pus seen in child's minor wound
Son got a big scratch as he fell down while cycling. He did 2 hours of swimming the next day and his wound started to ooz out pus.. Please suggest what to give him .. I tried cleaning with savalon and putting neosporin powder many times but the wound is not drying and constantly oozing pus and little blood ...

Hello, INJ tt one ample I'm Dressing to be done PROPERLY. Betadin solution + hydrogen peroxide to clean two,three times.locally APPLY BETADIN+  FUCIDIN iontmentin equal quantity dress it with cotton wrapped up in gauge n fixed it with micropore. Orally Tab ZIFI 100 two times a day after food for three to five days. SYR zerodol sp one tsf two times a day for three to five days.after food.ok. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON IF REQUIRED.ok.
