pyeloplasty after hydronephrosis is done when my baby at 3 months old, after one month stunt will be removed and then sporidex will be continued till now. Now in urine it shows pus cells 30-40 and urine reflection

Get full clinical workup done for follow up evaluation of baby in Consultantaion with a urologist .regular follow up and treatment accordingly is advisable in such cases
