Quadmarker test
I did my double marker test in 12 week and combined trisomy 21 came 1:842 - positive for Down syndrome. After that my gynae suggested me for NIPT/ NIPS where "no aneuploidy was detected" came and no risk involved was mentioned.
Now she is asking to go for Quadmarker test.
I am not sure if it is still required after NIPT, please suggest.

I think you should go for it. Because ur double marker & NIPT result are totally different. Quadmarker are more reliable & accurate than double marker.
