Quality sleep
5 yrs back it would take 1 to 2  hrs for me to sleep after going to bed. It was because of over thinking due to a failed relationship. But later I diverted my mind by exercising regularly and concentrating on other things. I exercise regularly now. I don't drink or smoke and I am single. Nowadays,I sleep immediately after going to bed. But I dream a lot. Dreams are mostly filled with sadness, violence, worries etc. I get dreams within dreams. Sometimes whatever I wish in reality it gets fulfilled in dreams. Because of continuous dreaming I need at least 9 hours of sleep or else I feel tired and sleepy the next day. What maybe the reasons ? What can I do to solve the problem?
