Query on Acute fissure and anal tag
Hello,
I’m 24 years old girl. I have got fissure and a small anal tag which is making my life worse. I have been suffering from this pain from past 40 days. Every week it comes and last for 4-5 days. It is very painful to pass stools. Doctor told its acute fissure yet I haven’t got relief from the day it started.
Please advice if going through operation is good ? and what are the side effects that I might go through after having it operated ?

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.
