Query on periods
Hello there, I had some private moments with my partner last month 13 th to be specific with the date , he used double protection and we didn't do it all in as in it didn't enter the vagina ..it was all outer. But i felt some liquid on my thighs but according to my partner his Siemens didn't spread out and was inside the condoms itself and according to him it didn't break as well.In a fear of doubt and to be secure I consumed a pill the very next day early morning empty stomach 14 th August to be specific.After consuming the pill I puked a little later , don't remember exactly when but I did.I get my periods usually last week of every month in 20s but the last month I got my periods on 22nd but it remained for 1 day which I consulted by practo doctors and they confirmed it's normal but to be sure I took several urine n blood test even all were negative, this month I got my periods on 18th itself and a heavy flow remained for 2 days. Is it Normal ? I do have mild stomach ache n heavines

Nothing to worry. Your pregnancy test  eas negative.  Plus u got menses riles out pregnancy. 
Next Steps
regular  exercise.   keep a menstrual  calender fr 3 months and watch fr flow and regularity

Nothing to worry as your pregnancy test is negative . It is normal periods. Even external factors like stress, anxiety, change in diet and sleep pattern and sedentary lifestyle has impact on menstrual cycles . If you experience further irregular menstrual cycles then it needs evaluation .
